Polish
Language School
Polish Language School
was established in 1948. The school used as its center Dom Polski,
the meeting place of the Kingston branch of the Polish National
Union of Canada. At present Saturdays classes were conducted
in Catholic school building at St. Thomas Moore School, 234
Norman Rogers Drive.
Polish Language School teaches the young Polonia
generation to accept, understand and embrace its Polish heritage.
The young students not only know the language and culture of
Poland, but also understand the worth of that knowledge here
in the Canada. Graduates of Polish Language Schools are truly
ambassadors of Poland and Polonia to the rest of Canada.
